Leroy Baerwald was brought on board to C&W in December 2002, after a long tenure with Besser as their Marketing and Sales Director. Leroy manages customers in the eight (8) state areas, as well as working with the five (5) distributors in these states. Leroy's twenty-six (26) years of experience in the concrete industry actually outlasts C&W's existence, having their 25th Anniversary in 2003.

Leroy is based out of New Braunfels, Texas, near San Antonio.

Leroy is responsible for sales in Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Louisiana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas.
