Smart Clean

Automated cleaning system which monitors filter media and detects when dust build-up on the filter media goes above the optimum level of performance. Smart CleanTM increases the cleaning efficiency of the collector and can save up to 70% of compressed air consumption. This is accomplished because pulsing valves are activated on an "as needed" basis, rather than pulsing on timed intervals. Smart CleanTM thus extends the life of your filter media. This unique system can be either retrofitted to your existing collector or included in one of C&W custom engineered dust control systems.
