Recycle Systems:
We strongly recommend a recycle system on your dust collection unit. This allows you to capture and return collected material (cement and/or fly ash) back to your silo for resale. Average recycle material at the truck charging point is 1/2 - 3/4 lb per yard and on average 1 3/4 lb per yard on centralized units.
Standard items: Recycle Pod, 10 H.P. motor/blower (7.5 H.P. for smaller units), 14' of 3" Bull Hose, pressure relief valve, and a high voltage control panel with timers.
Lift frames & Snorkels:
A lift frame allows raising or lowering of the shroud to meet the requirements of various truck heights. Large lift frames (for Boost-a-Load and Double Vis-a-Load Shrouds) includes a 6" air cylinder and inching solenoid, cabling, pulleys, and air hose. Extra Large lift frames use an 8" air cylinder and are used for Double Boost-a-Load or Double OKEL Shrouds.
Blast Gates:
Blast Gates allow you to avoid hot water injections by diverting air flow from the shroud or central mixer when hot water is injected. Available in single and double. A Blast Gate Assembly package comes with 14"x14"x14" transition, two (2) blast gates, two (2) air cylinders, and a solenoid valve.
