Two Systems to meet your needs - for those with a computer and those without.
C&W offers Data-logger Systems to meet emission monitoring requirements, this is done by recording the pressure drop across the filters of your dust collector. This is also great tool to monitor the efficiency of your collector, help determine maintenance issues (for instance, when it's time to replace filter media), and will go a long way in keeping the EPA happy with your dust collection equipment.

C&W offers two (2) Data-Logger Systems to meet your needs:
PM001:
This system is designed for customers with computers that wish to keep records electronically. The Differential Pressure Transmitter (with digital read out) is installed on the collector, and the data-logger can be remotely located up to 200 ft away in the batch office. Software is supplied for the batch-office computer.
Application: Customer who has their own computer and printer on site. Programmable remote monitoring of one dust collector, expandable to four dust collectors at one time.
This data-logger system is for customers without a computer that wish to keep records on file with a Chart Recorder. The Differential Pressure Transmitter is installed on the collector, and the Chart Recorder can be remotely located up to 200 ft away in the batch office.
